Bryan McQuillan bases his law practice out of Harrisburg and practices throughout Central Pennsylvania. Bryan McQuillan practices in the areas of criminal defense, DUI and motor vehicle law as well as drug offenses, juvenile and personal injury matters. Mr. McQuillan received his undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Communication degree from The Ohio University in 1996 prior to graduating from The Widener University School of Law earning a Juris Doctor. Prior to opening his own practice in 2009, Mr. McQuillan was a partner in the Harrisburg law firm of MANCKE, WAGNER, SPREHA & McQUILLAN. Prior to joining that firm, he was Chief Deputy Public Defender of Dauphin County.
Mr. McQuillan is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) and The Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (PACDL) as well as a graduate from the National Criminal Defense Trial School located at Mercer Law School in Macon, Georgia. Mr. McQuillan has lectured at The Pennsylvania State Police Academy in Hershey, PA in the areas of criminal defense, criminal procedure and search and seizure law. Mr. McQuillan has also been a guest to lecture at The Widener University School of Law in the area of Trial Advocacy. Further, he is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association as well as the Dauphin and Cumberland County Bar Associations.
